Get involved with Teens in Mission!

COACH

Being a Coach is a critical role for TiM. A Coach should be someone who has a strong testimony of faith, has some experience in youth ministry, and is able to lead a small group of teens throughout the conference.

Coaching at TiM involves loving, supporting, teaching and encouraging a NET group of around six teens. Coaches should point teens towards Jesus and challenge them through their words and actions.

Coaches should be comfortable leading NET groups in English and be between 21 ~ 30 yrs old.

M&M

An M&M (mentor) should be an adult leader in a congregation who understand the church’s mission policy, the nature of its partnership with OM KAM, and long-term collaborations in mission.

The purpose of an M&M is to help, guide, and give counsel to the coaches and coach assistants.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are always welcome to participate in Teens in Mission. Volunteers should be willing to serve both the teens and coaches participating in TIM.

Volunteers can be responsible for many things including cooking, cleaning, security, organizing, working with graphics, media. etc.

PRAYER TEAM

The Prayer Team is also one of the most important roles in TIM. Prayer is extremely important not only during TIM but before and after as well.

The Prayer Team will be praying for the teens and coaches not only before the mission but also during the 2 weeks of mission.
